Synthio Chemicals selected for award in SBA Critical Suppliers Competition

On Sept 24th, 2026, the U.S. Small Business Administration announced awards under its Critical Suppliers Competition. Synthio Chemicals was selected as one of seven awardees under this program, designed to strengthen the US supply chain for critical components for defense applications.

Synthio Chemicals will use the funding to expand its manufacturing capacity for advanced binding agents used in solid rocket propellants. CEO Jerry Martin says “This award will allow us to meet increased demand for our products, and also to expand our product lines to fill critical shortfalls in the defense supply chain.”
